We pride ourselves on the attention and depth with which we handle family law matters.   While some attorneys may say they handle divorces, you may be surprised to find that they are only willing to take cases that are uncontested or where there are no children involved.  Other attorneys only want to tackle high asset cases.  To us, that hardly makes a person a qualified family lawyer.  At MacKenzie and Associates, we handle everything related to family law—divorce, custody, guardianships, property issues, restraining orders, stepparent adoptions and paternity—just to name a few. 

Communities Served

We are a firm with three attorneys and are located in Hayward and Oakland; but we serve clients throughout Alameda County.  We have helped families in Oakland, Alameda, San Lorenzo, Fremont and Union City as well as in Contra Costa County, Santa Clara County and San Mateo County.
